Spicy Shrimp Sandwich with Chipotle Avocado Mayonnaise



This Chipotle Avocado Mayonnaise on Spicy Shrimp Sandwich is full of flavor and great for a quick and filling meal. The soft shrimp, creamy chipotle avocado mayo, and crisp vegetables make this sandwich delicious and filling. It will definitely become a favorite!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 sandwich buns, toasted
  • Lettuce leaves, for serving
  • Tomato slices, for serving
  • Red onion slices, for serving

Instructions:

Put shrimp in a bowl and season them with salt, pepper, and olive oil

Warm up a pan over medium-high heat

Cook the shrimp for two to three minutes on each side, or until they are pink and done

Chop chipotle pepper, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, and paprika and mix them in a different bowl

This will make chipotle avocado mayonnaise

Put chipotle avocado mayonnaise on buns that have been toasted

Put cooked shrimp, lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and red onion slices on top

Put the other half of the toasted bun on top and serve

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cassava flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup warm water

Instructions:

Put salt and cassava flour in a bowl and mix them together

Mix in the olive oil until the mixture is crumbly

While kneading, slowly add warm water until a dough forms

Make little balls out of the dough and roll each one into a thin tortilla

Set a skillet that doesn't stick on medium heat

Each tortilla should be cooked for one to two minutes on each side, or until it gets a little brown

Orange Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 orange, zest and juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions:

Mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, cornstarch, orange zest, and orange juice in a bowl

Put the chicken pieces in the mix and let them sit for at least 30 minutes

Put vegetable oil in a pan and heat it over medium-high heat

Put in the chicken pieces that have been marinated, and cook them until they are browned and done

Add the rest of the marinade and stir it around a few times as you cook it until it gets thick

Add green onions as a garnish before serving
