These grain/gluten/egg/nut-free cassava flour tortillas are perfect for those with dietary restrictions. They are soft, pliable, and ideal for wrapping your favorite fillings.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cassava flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup warm water
Instructions:
Put salt and cassava flour in a bowl and mix them together
Mix in the olive oil until the mixture is crumbly
While kneading, slowly add warm water until a dough forms
Make little balls out of the dough and roll each one into a thin tortilla
Set a skillet that doesn't stick on medium heat
Each tortilla should be cooked for one to two minutes on each side, or until it gets a little brown
